Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moor is an Hollywood actor and writer who has been recognized for her skills. Sagittarius. She was born in North Carolina December 3, 1960. She's one of the three youngest children of Peter Moore Smith and Anne Smith. Peter was a parachutist. Her parents are English, Scottish and of mixed descent. In the course of her father's employment, the Moore family moved a lot and she had to work hard to make friendships, or to keep ones.
