Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moor is an Hollywood actor and writer who has been recognized for her skills. Sagittarius. She was born in North Carolina December 3, 1960. She's one of the three youngest children of Peter Moore Smith and Anne Smith. Peter was a parachutist. Her parents are English, Scottish and of mixed descent. In the course of her father's employment, the Moore family moved a lot and she had to work hard to make friendships, or to keep ones. Moore was in the class of Frankfurt American High School in Germany at the time her parents relocated to the United States. Moore began her career on stage. After completing the requirements for her B.F.A. in Theater at Boston University in 1983, Moore continued her education. After graduating, Moore moved to New York, where she began her journey in Off-Broadway Theater. Moore started her theater career off-Broadway in New York, after she had graduated. In 1985 she appeared on the screen in The Edge of Night. In 1986, she took on two roles as Frannie as well as Sabrina Hughes in As the World Turns, which was her breakthrough. In 1990, she made her debut as an actress in Tales from the Darkside: The Movie. In the following years, she said it was the film with a small budget. Moore had her first major part in Safe which was a film from 1995. Steven Spielberg chose Moore to be the main character for Jurassic Park: The Lost World. It was one of the most popular films released during the time. The actress received an SAG nomination in 1999 for her role she played in Magnolia which was a highly praised film. The film was co-produced by Nicole Kidman, Meryl Streep along with other actors for The Hours, which was repeatedly nominated for Academy Awards. Moore's other movies include The Forgotten 2004 Freedomland 2006. Shelter (2010), among others. In 2014, she starred in Non-Stop. Moore was in a variety of films and shows. Moore has appeared in a number of movies and TV programs. The most recent role she played was when You Finish Save the World 2022. Her acting career in Hollywood is well established and she's also a published children's novelist. In 2007, she released Freckleface Strawberry, which became a New York Times bestseller. Best-seller, it was also made into a series as well as a music. The author has also released her memoir, My Mom is Foreigner, a memoir in 2013. As a well-achieved actor and writer, Moore's private life has been made public. She split from John Robin in 1995. Bart Freundlich has given her two children. Moore later got married to him in 2003. Moore's primary focus is on her friends, family as well as her career.
